Honouring the life of Sean πŸ™πŸΎπŸ’›

Peace Sangha,

Today, I attended the funeral of a dear friend named Sean. It was my first time experiencing a catholic funeral and burial. I found it deeply moving and beautiful to be a part of such a meaningful ceremony. Sean had a lovely send-off that truly celebrated his life and spirit. Although I never had the chance to see him before he passed away, I feel a connection between our souls in some way beyond the physical world.

Which I am grateful for…

As I was about to leave the reception, the father from the church kindly gave me a small medal of Mother Mary, for me and my children. He then offered me a special blessing and kindly offered me a lift home. I felt deeply blessed and touched by his kindness. Throughout the journey back, I could sense Mother Mary’s loving presence filling the car and surrounding us as we talked about her… He said to me that I am a child of the beloved Mother Mary, which brought peace to my heart, and my eyes started to well with tears.

I really appreciate the precious memories and heartfelt blessings that I have encountered along this journey of sharing grief with you all, which will remain close to my heart always.
